SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information technologies, namely to a media processing device. A sheet media processing device comprises a first transport path, a second transport path and a third transport path for transporting sheet media and a classification section that is provided on the third transport path and which classifies the sheet media passing through it and a controller that controls the first, second and third transport paths independently of each other and controls the first, second and third redirecting blocks for changing the route of transporting sheet media independently of each other.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of processing sheet media.
