FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely, to an apparatus for monitoring the technical condition of the elements of a series-connected accumulator battery, and can be used in electric and hybrid vehicles. The technical result of the invention is achieved due to the fact that the monitoring apparatus comprises n information processing modules (3), wherein each module comprises a temperature, current, voltage measuring unit (6), charging/discharging unit (11) connected with the resistive load unit (12), duplex communication with a personal computer via the RS-485 protocol. The proposed apparatus provides a possibility of measure the parameters of separate elements of the AB during charging and discharging, namely, the capacity, internal resistance, and surface temperature thereof.
EFFECT: monitoring of the current condition of the accumulator battery with increased accuracy of diagnostics and prolonged operating life of the accumulator battery.
