FIELD: diagnostic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostic tools for power equipment with electric windings, for example, electromagnets, transformers, electric motors and control circuits of electromagnetic mechanisms. Essence: two stabilized direct or pulse or alternate currents are formed: test and reference. The test current flows continuously through the winding, simultaneously through its control circuits, causing the appearance of a magnetic field. The magnitude of the magnetic field induction is continuously measured by a sensor. The voltage from the sensor is fed to the input of the first integrating converter, the voltage from the output of which is compared by a hysteresis element with its switching threshold corresponding to the norm for the winding. The hysteresis element generates a high-level signal at its output in the case of a serviceable electrical winding and confirmation of the integrity of its control circuits, or a low level if the electrical winding is faulty and/or if the integrity of the control circuits of such a winding is violated. The specified signal is applied to the inverting input of the comparator, the voltage from the output of which is applied to the “Fault” indicator, which turns on if the voltage at the inverting input of the comparator does not exceed the voltage at its non-inverting input, which is supplied with voltage from the output of the second integrating converter. The specified voltage is also applied to the “Control” indicator, which turns on if there is a second current - a reference current flowing through the second integrating converter. In this case, the test current flows continuously through the controlled electrical winding, which is in the on or off state.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of control of electromagnetic mechanisms, early detection of control failures and pre-failure states, prevention of possible accumulation of control failures, monitoring of serviceability and correctness of connection of protection elements of electrical windings, simplification of diagnostics.
