PROCEDURE TO TEST SERVICEABILITY OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING ARTICLES AND GEAR FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2195001 C1

FIELD: tests of especially hazardous circuits. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with tests of electric bridges of pyrotechnic aids of articles utilized in rocket and space technology. According to proposed procedure testing serviceability of electric bridges testing emf is induced over any section of electric circuit formed by shorting device, communication line and electrical engineering element, truth value of current flowing through section in which testing emf is induced is measured, current of induced interference is subtracted in section where testing emf is induced from total current. Reference value of current is compared with truth value of current characterizing truth state and resistance of electrical engineering element. Gear testing serviceability of electrical engineering articles includes self-excited oscillator with magnetic circuit which carries first, second and third windings. Lead-out of third winding is connected to lead of shorting device, feedback lead of self-excited oscillator is connected to start of first winding of magnetic circuit which finish is connected to excitation current lead of self-excited oscillator and to finish of second winding of magnetic circuit which start is grounded. Another lead of third winding of magnetic circuit is connected through first conductor of communication line to one lead of electrical engineering element which other lead is connected through second conductor of communication lie to another lead shorting device. Lead for connection of power supply source and lead of magnetization current of self-excited oscillator are connected to reference current former. Signal lead of selfexcited oscillator is connected through low-pass filter to input of Schmitt flip-flop which lead-out is lead-out of gear. EFFECT: widened functional capabilities of gear testing serviceability of electrical engineering articles placed at some distance from testing gear, safety of tests of electric bridges of pyrotechnic aids. 3 dwg
