The device for quickly obtaining hot water contains a means for heating, which is a high-speed heating element, a means for pumping, a control means that is made with the possibility of controlling the means for pumping and the means for heating. The control means is made with the possibility of changing a temperature of the means for heating, when the pressure of the means for pumping is changed. The maximum volume of water heated by the means for heating does not exceed 20 ml. The mentioned control means, means for pumping and means for heating are made to provide the possibility of regulating the performance of the means for pumping, when discharging hot water, taking into account a temperature of the high-speed heating element, so that to maintain an optimal ratio between the performance of the means for pumping and the temperature of the high-speed heating element, and to provide the possibility, using a feedback loop, of controlling the measured temperature of discharged water by regulating the temperature of the heating element. The means for heating and the control means are made to provide the possibility of adjusting the means for heating to the required temperature. The mentioned device does not have an additional container for hot water.

EFFECT: ensuring the availability of hot water in a short period of time from the moment the device is turned on.
