FIELD: metals corrosion protecting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technique for protecting metals from corrosion, namely to volatile atmospheric corrosion inhibitors. The tabletted volatile corrosion inhibitor consists of a mixture of hexamethylenetetramine and a heterocyclic volatile compound, which is benzimidazole, or benzothiazole, or triazole, or aminotriazole, or benzotriazole, or tolyltriazole, or chlorobenzotriazole, in the following ratio of components of hexamethylenetetraminex, wt%: 15-45; heterocyclic volatile compound 55-85.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency of protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in harsh conditions of periodic moisture condensation.
