SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology, in particular to methods for automatically detecting duplicate keys on access control and management systems using face recognition technology using neural networks. To implement the effect, the claimed method provides for the possibility of broadcasting a video stream to a server for face recognition using neural networks, when requesting access to a protected object by applying an electronic key to the interactive panel of the object, an analysis of the broadcast video stream is carried out and the user's face is determined; the user data is checked against the information in the database. If during the comparison it is revealed that with the same electronic key, access to the protected object is requested by different users, then the system automatically generates an application for identifying duplicate keys on the access control and management systems.

EFFECT: improving the quality of processing the video stream broadcast from the interactive panel of the protected object, as well as automating the process of identifying duplicate electronic keys.
