FIELD: SIP protocol connection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of implementing an audio SIP connection without installing a SIP module in interactive intercom panels. The audio stream is formed from the interactive panel of the intercom. The audio stream received from the interactive panel of the intercom is converted into the raw data format and transmitted to the server. Audio connections are arranged using the SIP protocol, through a proxy server, between the server and the user’s computing device being called. The server sends a request containing the address of the called user to establish a connection to the address of the proxy server and the default port 5060. The proxy server requests the current address of the called user from the location server. The proxy server sends a request to establish a connection to the user’s computing device, and the proxy server address is added to the request to provide feedback from the user’s computing device.
EFFECT: establishing a connection between the interactive panel of the intercom and the user’s computing device via the SIP protocol on server capacities.
