FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: power plant consists of liquefied oxygen, natural gas and carbon dioxide supply lines, as well as water to combustion chamber (7) connected to at least one steam-gas turbine (12), outlet of which is connected to exhaust gas cooling and condensation line, which includes recuperative cooler (13) of exhaust gases, made with possibility of heating water supplied by water pump (4) to combustion chamber (7) from contact heat exchanger (15) of low pressure through water supply line, contact heat exchanger (15) of low pressure, compressor (18), high-pressure contact heat exchanger (19) and carbon dioxide liquefaction device (20). Liquefied carbon dioxide supply line to combustion chamber (7) includes carbon dioxide storage unit (11) connected to carbon dioxide liquefaction device (20), carbon dioxide pump (36) and starting carbon dioxide heating heat exchanger (37), water supply line to combustion chamber (7) additionally includes water bypass valve (42) installed downstream of recuperative exhaust gas cooler (13) and connected by bypass route (43) to exhaust gas cooling and condensation line, which includes exhaust gas discharge valve (39), wherein natural gas and oxygen heating heat exchangers (6, 9), installed in liquefied natural gas and oxygen supply lines, as well as heat exchanger (37) for heating starting carbon dioxide include heating elements (38). Also disclosed is a method of operating a power plant.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the installation due to increased uniformity of heating systems of the installation before bringing it to the nominal operating mode.
