FIELD: distributing devices.
SUBSTANCE: mixing and distributing device for fluids is proposed for a catalytic reactor with a descending flow. It includes a mixing zone, in which there are at least a chamber for mixing fluids with length L1' and a chamber for exchanging fluids with length L2' located under the specified mixing chamber and superimposed on it, while length L2' of the specified exchange chamber is strictly greater than length L1' of the specified mixing chamber. At the level of the exchange chamber, a ceiling is formed, in which there is at least one longitudinal hole suitable for the passage of fluids from the specified exchange chamber to the specified distributing zone.
EFFECT: providing more uniform supply of fluids to channels of the distributing plate and improved distribution of fluids on the distributing plate.
