SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for mixing and distribution of fluids and a catalytic reactor with a falling flow containing such a device. Device comprises a collector zone comprising a collecting means, a manifold pipeline configured to receive a reaction fluid collected by the collection means, and coolant fluid injection device opening into the pipeline, a mixing zone located downstream of the pipeline in the fluid passage direction, communicating with the pipeline and comprising a mixing chamber, a distribution zone located downstream of the mixing zone in the fluid passage direction, comprising a distribution plate, comprising a plurality of channels open at their upper end by means of an upper opening and having along their side wall a row of side openings, wherein the mixing zone is located at the same level as the distribution zone and the fluid exchange chamber communicated and communicated with the mixing chamber, wherein the exchange chamber comprises an upper lateral flow passage and a lower lateral flow section, capable of passing fluids from the exchange chamber to the distribution zone, and a means of deflecting fluids, fixed on the exchange chamber and located downstream of the upper lateral flow passage in the fluid passage direction, note here that means to deflect fluid medium forms space with shape of bowl.
