SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building utility systems. Building utility system includes a transport and logistics system, a water supply system, a system for controlling the distribution and alerting of the receipt of cargo containers, cooling and air conditioning systems. The transport and logistics system includes modules for sending, receiving and storing cargo containers, multifunctional robotic vehicles for transporting containers, and paths for the movement thereof. The paths connect the module for receiving and storing cargo containers with the sending module. The water supply system comprises a module for receiving and storing ice containers. The module for receiving and storing ice containers is linked with the transport and logistics system, the thawed water accumulator, and the water distribution system of the building. The system for controlling the distribution of cargo containers is linked with the modules for sending, receiving and storing cargo containers. The cooling and air conditioning systems include ice storage modules and are linked with the water supply system.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of the building utility system due to the increase in the speed of targeted delivery, increase in the degree of automation of the system, and reduction in the energy consumption due to the use of natural ice for air conditioning in the building and drinking water supply.
