SUBSTANCE: medical tube clamp for clamping a flexible medical tube comprises a tube receiving area configured to receive a medical tube, a first clamping section including a first clamping lip movable relative to the second clamping section including a second clamping lip. The capping system for safely positioning the two clamping sections in more than one fixed position relative to each other is made so that when the capping system is unlocked, the medical tube can be inserted and removed from the medical tube clip. In the open position of the latching connection, the inserted medical tube cannot be removed and is not clamped, and in the clamped position of the latching connection, the medical tube is clamped between the first clamping lip and the second clamping lip. The first clamping lip is configured to perform elastic movement relative to the first clamping section by means of a connecting element. The second clamping lip is configured to perform elastic movement relative to the second clamping section by means of a connecting element. Disclosed is a volumetric pump.
