FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. An assembled grip for connection of a tube and a pump for enteral nutrition or an infusion pump for nutrient preparation supply and medical solution injection comprises a base (1), a gripping element (7) and a connector (6) to connect the tube and a patient's port. The base (1) comprises retainers (3) to hold a pump section (10) of the tube in the working position on the base (1), and supports (5) to bear the connector (6). The gripping element (7) has gripping surfaces being in contact with the pump section (10) and movable between an open position permitting the flow through the pump section (10) and a closed position wherein the pump section (10) is overlapped by the gripping element (7), and stops (23, 25) engaged to each other in the closed position and coupled with a release (43) being external to the grip in the gripping element (7) engaged with the release (43) to move the gripping element (7) in the open position when the assembled grip is coupled with the pump for enteral nutrition, and the connector (6) is removed. The pump for enteral nutrition or the infusion pump comprises the above assemble grip, and the release (43) engaged with the grip (7).

EFFECT: invention prevents preparation leakage, long storage of the silicone tube and easy recycling procedure.
