FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: medical medium transfer pump comprising a seat for a hose clamp separated from the pump and located on the flexible hose. Said hose clamp comprises two clamping portions movable relative to each other, which can be brought into closed relative position relative to each other, in which the hose located between the clamping sections is clamped so that the medium cannot flow through the inner hose space, as well as into the open relative position relative to each other, in which the hose located between the clamping sections is not clamped, so that the medium can flow through the inner space of the hose. Sensor is installed in mounting seat and in case hose clamp is installed in mounting seat, determines whether clamping areas are in closed or open relative position. Said pump has an electronic data processing unit which detects structural or functional integrity of the clamp for a hose placed in the seat, required for use of a clamp for a hose, using a time measurement mode performed by a sensor during transition of clamping areas from closed to open or from open to closed relative position. Hose clamp according to first version comprises two mutually movable clamping sections, which can move relative to each other in closed relative position, in which the hose located between the clamping sections is clamped such that through the inner space of the hose the medium cannot flow, which can move relative to each other in the open relative position, in which the medium can enter through the inner space of the hose, and from which one clamping section can be connected to the above medical pump. First of two clamping areas comprises a section covering an opening formed on second of clamping areas, in closed relative position of clamping areas and releases said opening or does not cover it in open relative position of clamping areas. According to the second version, the hose clamp contains two clamping sections movable relative to each other, which can move relative to each other and which can be locked in closed relative position by means of locking element provided on hose clamp. In this closed relative position, they can clamp the flexible hose located between them, so that the medium cannot flow through the inner space of the hose. One clamping portion can be connected to the above medical pump. In addition to the locking element on the first of two clamping sections there is a projection. Said ledge in closed relative position extends in direction of second clamping section so that it extends to rear side of second clamping section facing away from first clamping section. Closed relative position of clamping portions of the clamp for a hose connected to the medical pump can be recognized by a sensor, located on rear side of second clamping area on medical pump. Infusion pump medical system comprises the above medical pump and the above clamp.
EFFECT: inventions provide higher safety for patients at lower costs, in particular during infusion.
