FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: electronically controlled resistor (ECR) designed to control the change in the resistance of a section of the circuit. The ECR is equipped with an output for connection to the first control voltage source and contains a voltage converter, a measuring resistor and a subtractor. Additionally, the ECR contains an output for connection to a second source of control voltage, as well as an actuator with three outputs connected in series with the measuring resistor. The first terminal is connected to the first terminal of the measuring resistor, the second terminal is connected to the output of the subtractor, and the third terminal is connected to the high-potential output of the ECR. The voltage converter is an electronic component capable of converting the input control signals from the control voltage sources and from the high-potential output of the ECR into an intermediate signal supplied to the output of the voltage converter. The value of the specified intermediate signal is equivalent to the product of the voltage value at the high-potential output of the ECR by the quotient of dividing the values of the control voltages by each other.
EFFECT: ECR makes it possible to obtain a wide range of values of the nominal resistance of the ECR, up to extremely small values, while ensuring resistance to the effects of destabilizing factors, including temperature.
