SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a signal transmission device having a unipolar power supply, comprising two operational amplifiers (OA), two transistors, a resistor, a feedback unit (FBU) and a current setting device. Output of the first OA is connected to the first electrode of the first transistor, the first input of the first OA is connected to the output for receiving the input signal. Second transistor, the second OA and the resistor form a current stabilizer (CS). Point of connection of the input of the CS, the third electrode of the first transistor and the first output of the FBU is reserved for connecting the load. Second output of the FBU is connected to the second input of the first OA.
EFFECT: wider dynamic range of transmitted signals and high slew rate of the output signal.
