SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for implementing a remote access to a local network of devices. A device contains a case enclosing a processor and a wireless radio station, a pin plug extending from the case and allowing for the installation of a portal device case in a wall power socket and Ethernet port penetrating to the case, memory connected to the processor, wherein memory is adapted for the storage of computer program instructions that, when being implemented by the processor, prescribe the processor to connect to a local internet connection, transmit a request for an access to a home router to a remote server, exchange security certificates with the home router via the remote server after an administrator gives a permission for the access to the home router, receive from the remote server information about the possibility of communication for the home router, install a direct and encrypted VPN with the home router, and function as a local access point using the wireless radio station, wherein the local access point distributes a computer network of the home router through the direct or encrypted VPN.

EFFECT: providing an encrypted and direct connection between the home network and the local network installed through portal equipment.
