FIELD: telecommunication systems.
SUBSTANCE: telecommunication system comprises terminals connected to each other by means of a server, and a data transmission network. In addition, it comprises control and monitoring devices for transmission of data in a network, consisting of one connection device, formed by a processor in the form of a system on a chip (SoC-processor), to which necessary auxiliary peripheral devices and a device for identification and verification of user credentials are connected.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is security of user identification with possibility of operation with all resources in required period of time without need for other user identification operations.
