SUBSTANCE: method for planning a downlink transmission is performed. The method includes the reception by user equipment (hereinafter – UE) of downlink control information (hereinafter – DCI) from a base station, wherein DCI indicates the location of the transmission duration within a subframe, while the location of the transmission duration includes an initial position of the transmission duration and a length of the transmission duration. The method additionally includes the reception of downlink data from the base station, while downlink data carries the transmission duration in the location indicated by DCI.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of using the same frequency-time resources by both UE with low latency and UE with acceptable latency.
