SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication. To achieve the expected result, the user’s equipment (UE) receives a configuration from the base station (BS) to configure the structure of the subinterval in the interval for a set of resources of the physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) for feedback of a hybrid automatic request to repeat transmission, ACK (HARQ-ACK) in response to at least one physical shared channel for data transmission over a downlink (PDSCH) of a high-reliability low-latency communication (URLLC) and performs HARQ-ACK feedback transmission in response to at least one URLLC PDSCH based on a configured subinterval structure in interval. Each of the many PUCCH resources is limited to subintervals based on the configured structure of the subinterval.
