The X-ray source with cyclotron autoresonance consists of an electron gun, a resonator with lamellae and a capacitive gap that converts the energy of the supplied microwave vibrations into the energy of cyclotron rotation of electrons, sections of a magnetic system, a target located behind the resonator, on which an electron beam is deposited, and an X-ray output window.

EFFECT: increase in the power of the braking X-ray radiation.
