SUBSTANCE: diaper made with the possibility of use for any infants (premature infants or infants born with very low weight) is proposed, corresponding to different sizes of their bodies and at the same time preventing interruption of treatment or care. The diaper 2 contains a non-woven material 3 passing from the side of the infant’s back through his perineum to the side of his abdomen, a back sheet 4 that prevents the penetration of body secretions released by the infant through it, an absorber 5 provided between the non-woven material 3 and the back sheet 4 to absorb body secretions that have penetrated through the non-woven material 3, and a tape section 6 having connecting sections 63, each of which is connected in a detachable way with the non-woven material 3. The section in which the nonwoven material 3 and the back sheet 4 are connected together has at least one part serving as an expansion section 31, which does not overlap the absorber 5, and which extends from the abdominal end section of the absorber 5 further towards the side of the abdomen. In the direction in which the non-woven material 3 passes, the length L1 of the expansion section 31 is greater than the length L2 of each of the connecting sections 63.
