FIELD: surface runoff inlets.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the field of surface runoff inlets. The inlet is installed in a square on a compacted base, contains a working chamber and a floor slab, on top of which a hatch is installed. A perforated sleeve, consisting of a protective screen and a perforated removable cover, is installed on the hatch of the stormwater inlet at the same level as the square. Perforation is a hole with a diameter smaller than the fraction of the coating material of the square. A water-permeable geotextile is placed around the perforated sleeve for the entire thickness of the covering of the square. The method for installing a stormwater inlet includes making a pit for installing a planned inlet, preparing a compacted base for an inlet, installing an inlet on a prepared base, connecting a stormwater pipe to an inlet, installing a reinforced concrete floor slab, backfilling a pit and installing a hatch. A metal perforated sleeve is installed on top of the hatch, the inner and outer surfaces of the walls of the stormwater inlet and the reinforced concrete floor slab are waterproofed. After that, backfilling of the pit is carried out with layer-by-layer soil compaction. Above the compacted soil around the perforated sleeve, a square is organized, which is a layer of crushed stone with a fraction of 20-40 mm and a thickness of at least 200 mm, placed on a layer of compacted sand with a thickness of at least 100 mm, laid on top of an anti-filtration screen made of bentonite mats. For the entire thickness of the covering of the square around the perforated sleeve with a bend under the anti-filtration screen, a water-permeable geotextile is laid.
EFFECT: improvement of the efficiency of the inlet is provided.
