FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: system for accounting of a bulletin in an electronic voting system contains a means for the token formation designed for the formation of at least two tokens, where tokens unequivocally identify user’s actions in electronic voting; a means for the bulletin activation designed for: receiving a token provided by the user from formed tokens (hereinafter – the active token); activating a user’s bulletin, i.e., forming the user’s bulletin and its unequivocal correlating with the active token; an access means designed for providing the user with access to the activated bulletin to fill it based on the active token; a means for accounting the bulletin designed for forming a record about the bulletin filled by the user in the electronic voting system.
EFFECT: accounting of the user’s bulletin in the electronic voting system.
