SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology for conducting electronic voting. The technical result described below is achieved through the stages at which: a) the voter who is going to participate in the vote is authenticated; b) generate an electronic ballot for the specified voter on the basis of pre-prepared information about the vote, taking into account the data about the voter obtained during authentication; c) collect data on the choice of the voter according to the generated electronic ballot (hereinafter-the electronic vote of the voter); d) take into account the voter's vote in the database of registered votes, while a decentralized register of records is used to store the registered and recorded electronic voter's vote; e) form a deferred request to the voter to confirm the relevance of the voter's electronic vote, while the deferred request to the voter is formed at least: after a predetermined time has elapsed since the registration of the voter's electronic vote; when the number of registered voter votes exceeds a predetermined threshold value.

EFFECT: increased information security of accounting for votes cast during voting by implementing two-factor confirmation of the vote.
