FIELD: hydrocarbon gases processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of processing hydrocarbon gases with their treatment from acidic components and mercaptans and the extraction of target fractions, commercial and fuel gases, namely, to methods for processing gas for regeneration of zeolites, and can be used at gas processing plants. The method for processing zeolite regeneration gas containing mercaptans (RSH) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) during stopping for scheduled preventive maintenance of processing units for amine treatment and gas drying includes partial combustion of zeolite regeneration gas in high-pressure flames. Partial combustion is carried out until the temperature at the outlet of the adsorber reaches 150°C by the zeolite regeneration gas. Subsequent mixing of the zeolite regeneration gas with raw hydrocarbon gas. Directing the mixed gas for further processing to obtain additional marketable products.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the production of target products and an improvement in the environmental situation by reducing emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
