SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used for fast and high-quality concreting of high-rise flue and gas outlet pipes. The method for constructing a chimney includes the installation of a reinforcing frame, the installation of external and internal formwork panels of a load-bearing reinforced concrete trunk. Placement of a separating element made of water-permeable material in the gap between the outer and inner formwork panels. Concreting of the trunk is carried out by simultaneously laying heated heavy concrete in the space between the outer formwork panels of the pipe trunk and the separation element, and heated insulating concrete in the space between the separation element and the inner formwork panels. When concreting, heavy concrete and heat-insulating concrete have the same temperature. The separating element is made in the form of a carbon fiber mesh with a high tensile strength of 1.0÷1.5 GPa and adhesion to concrete up to 1.57 MPa, fixed on a steel reinforcing mesh.
EFFECT: prevention of possible delamination arising from the action of tangential stresses caused by shrinkage processes in the contact zone of structural and heat-insulating concrete laid at the same temperature; the simplicity of the design of the separation element, making it possible to simplify the concreting process, shorten the duration, reduce its labor intensity and cost.
