FIELD: forestry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry, in particular, to attachments of machines and mechanisms intended for extracting stumps from the soil. The apparatus is equipped with a cylindrical hydraulic distributor in the form of a hydraulic collector for distribution of hydraulic flows to the actuators, rigidly fixed whereon from below is an immovable ring of a rotary support apparatus, and a rotary body is installed on the forming surface of the collector, hingedly installed on opposite sides whereof are rotary hydraulic engines coupled with the hydraulic cylinders of inclination, and working bodies are installed on the output shafts of the rotary hydraulic engines, constituting a metal guiding frame with a cutting chain connected with a hydraulic motor so as to be configured to rotate in a vertical plane. The movable ring of the rotary support apparatus is therein connected with the rotary body on one side and with the hydraulic motor on the other side. A hydraulic cylinder connected with the grip is therein rigidly fixed inside the hydraulic column along the central axis thereof.

EFFECT: load occurring on the working body when cutting the root system is reduced, extraction of stumps is facilitated.
