SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of forestry engineering. The extractor comprises a supporting frame, a linkage mechanism, support wheels, a rotor, double-arm hydraulically controlled levers, stops, a U-shaped undercutter. The rotor is placed on the brackets of the supporting frame. The upper right and left arms of the levers are made in the form of a knee-shaped beam installed hingedly on the supporting frame controlled by the hydraulic cylinder located on the longitudinal axis of the supporting frame. The lower arms of the levers are made in the form of racks rigidly connected by the upper ends with the knee-shaped beam and by the lower ends with the bodies of the additionally installed hydraulic motors. The hydraulic motors are designed for the drive of the cutting apparatus made in the form of disk cutters arranged horizontally relative to each other with a gap h eliminating mutual contact and damage thereto in the working position. The undercutter, the racks whereof are sharpened as a cutting element, rigidly secured on the supporting frame by a threaded connection, is intended for undercutting the root system of the stump, not covered by cutters in the area of the gap h, and transporting the stump to the rotor for final cleaning from soil. The undercutter is located between the cutters of the cutting apparatus and the rotor.
EFFECT: operational reliability of the apparatus is increased.
