SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cargo mounts for an aircraft. The cargo mount system (100) of an aircraft comprises a cargo mount (116) and a shock-absorbing element (102). The shock-absorbing element is fixed in the fuselage cargo storage compartment at two first attachment sites (104). The cargo mount (116) is configured to be connected with the shock-absorbing element (102) at the second attachment site (122) of the shock-absorbing element (102). The second attachment site (122) is located between the first two attachment sites (104). The cargo mount (116) is configured to retain the cargo loaded onto the cargo deck. The shock-absorbing element (102) is configured to deflection when a load is applied to the shock-absorbing element (102) by the cargo mount (116).
EFFECT: reduction in the loads on the cargo mounts and the structure of the aircraft is achieved.
