FIELD: shoe production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shoe production and concerns a method for manufacturing a multilayer sole directly on a top workpiece. A method known as “direct flow to the top workpiece” is used, with the help of which soles are made of plastic material, and soles consist of a set of layers with different colors, densities, softness and physical and mechanical properties. The specified layers form at least an outer sole called an “outsole”, an inner sole called an “insole” that is attached and that passes only partially or completely on the surface of the top workpiece, and an intermediate sole called a “midsole”, which is designed to hold the other two above-mentioned soles. The method includes the use of a single mold, which, when properly equipped, is placed in a precisely defined sequence in front of at least three different injection devices to obtain in sequence the lower part of the sole, i.e., the “outsole” by the first operation of molding, the upper part of the sole, i.e., the “insole” by the second operation, and the “midsole” by the third operation.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the productivity of the method for manufacturing a sole made of plastic with parts of different colors and/or from different materials by the method for “direct flow to the top workpiece”.
