FIELD: drilling operations.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to drilling operations, more precisely to drilling a sidetrack from an existing well. The method includes supplying a pH-changing fluid to an oilfield pipe located in a wellbore, guiding the pH-changing fluid with a deflector to contact the decomposable section of the oilfield pipe to decompose at least a portion of the decomposable section and form an exit port in the oilfield pipe. The deflection wedge is located next to the decomposable section and is located in the oilfield pipe. At the edges of the surface of the deflector wedge there is an oil seal between the surface and the section to be decomposed.
EFFECT: technology of creating a window is simplified, the accuracy of the process of creating a window is increased.
