FIELD: elastomer production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to film based on thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer, as well as to a product including this film. Film, according to the invention, contains a thermoplastic polyolefin elastomeric matrix, which is a continuous phase, and an additive-nano-inclusion dispersed in the continuous phase in the form of discrete domains having an average size of cross-section in the range from 1 to 1000 nanometers before stretching. Each discrete domain is elongated along the longitudinal axis, while axes are aligned in a machine direction (hereinafter – MD), which is a direction along the length of woven material in a direction, in which it is produced, when film is in an unstrained state, and axes are aligned in a cross-sectional direction (hereinafter – CD), when film is stretched in CD, with the possibility of a reversible change of orientation to return to an orientation, at which the specified axes are aligned in MD, when film is in the unstrained state, wherein the additive-nano-inclusion is functionalized polyolefin containing a polar and a non-polar component, and the amount of the additive-nano-inclusion is from 0.05 to 20 wt.% per the weight of the continuous phase.
EFFECT: providing reinforced tensile strength of elastic material without negative impact on elasticity properties.
