FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to synchronous electric motors with a reluctance rotor. In a synchronous electric motor, C-shaped magnetic circuits 7-12 of the stator are made of electrical steel, have flat working gaps, are located at an angle of π/3 and are combined into a single structure using bearing shields 13, 14 made of non-magnetic material. On the C-shaped magnetic circuits 7-12, there are phases 1-6 of the stator winding, powered by alternating voltages, phase-shifted by an angle π/6. The rotor 18 is made of a ferromagnetic material, is mounted on the shaft 17 and has the shape of a cylinder offset relative to the axis. Due to the implementation of the annular groove of the rotor 18, the introduction of a fixed excitation winding 19, which has the form of a ring with a trapezoidal section and supplied with alternating current, and the fulfillment of the relations
where are the amplitudes of the currents of the stator windings and excitation; are their active resistance; are coefficients determining the average electromagnetic moment .
EFFECT: increase in energy characteristics when rotating at an increased speed when powered from a three-phase network.
