FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of testing and measuring parameters arising on parts of the ship’s shaft line. The device contains a measuring unit 1, a stator unit 6, a reception and registration unit, power supply and visualization tools 8. The measuring 1 and stator 6 units are equipped with shielded antenna systems for data transmission and induction power supply. The measuring unit 1 is equipped with a signal recorder 3 with a solid-state drive for recording data of measuring modules 2, a Wi-Fi communication module 4 for transmitting measurement results from the measuring unit 1 to the receiving and recording unit, power supply and visualization tools 8, a battery 5. The unit for reception and registration, power supply and visualization tools 8 is equipped with measuring modules 10 for connecting sensors for measuring the parameters of the operation of non-rotating parts of the measuring object and a module 9 for amplifying, matching, controlling and demodulating signals, which implements a system of self-diagnostics and diagnostics of the state of sensors and cable lines.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the functionality of the telemetry complex in terms of recording the parameters of the mobile and fixed parts of the ship’s shaft system in various operating conditions, as well as technical diagnostics.
