FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to providing testing of gas turbine engines, in particular, debugging of blades unit of compressors and turbines, and also can be used in practice of measurements of deformations, temperatures, vibrations on any rotating and movable parts of units. Digital non-contact multichannel telemetric system consists of a measuring unit, a stator unit, a receiving and recording unit, power supply and visualization means. Measuring unit is made in the form of compact modules based on 8-layer flexible boards filled with high-strength compounds operating in the temperature range from minus 50 to +125 degrees and withstanding centripetal acceleration to 40,000 g and vibration to 150 g, each measuring module has duplicated high-frequency data transmission channels, antenna system allows simultaneous connection of 16 transmitting devices with total throughput capacity per complex of not less than 200 Mbit/s, with dynamic range of strain measurement channels up to 60 kHz and with non-uniformity of amplitude-frequency characteristic of not more than 0.5 dB, each measuring module is additionally equipped with built-in self-diagnostics system of condition of sensors and cable lines, and possibility of switching to reserve groups of sensors, wherein rotor and stator units are equipped with special screened antenna systems for use of low-power high-frequency transmitters and induction power supply systems with provision of electromagnetic compatibility of the system. Device considerably enlarges the possibility of detecting parameters on hard-to-reach rotating and moving assemblies under difficult operating conditions.
EFFECT: proposed device can be basic when equipped with test benches of gas turbine engines, gas turbine units and onboard measurement systems.
