SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a coating composition containing nitrocellulose and a compound according to formula 1 dissolved in an organic solvent:

where R1-R3 are individually selected from C1-C6 linear or branched alkyl groups and C1-C6 linear or branched alkyl groups containing one or more groups of esters, and R4 is an alkyl group containing at least one primary or secondary amino group, while the nitrogen content in said nitrocellulose is from 10% to 14% and the number of molar nitrogen equivalents in at least one primary or secondary amino group is 0.25-1.5 with respect to nitrogen in nitrocellulose.
EFFECT: in particular, invention relates to coatings formed by such a coating composition, a product coated with such a coating, and a method for applying such a coating to the product.
