METHOD FOR RECYCLING HYDRATE NITRATION PRECIPITATES Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC C22B7/00 C22B11/00 C22B3/12

Abstract RU 2761277 C1

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy of precious metals, in particular, to a method for recycling nitration hydroxides of the refining production of platinum metals containing selenium, tellurium, non-precious metals, platinum group metals, gold and silver. Hydrate nitration precipitates of the refining production of platinum metals containing precious metals, selenium, tellurium, lead, antimony, copper and iron are recycled by leaching selenium and tellurium from the hydrate precipitates with an alkaline solution in the presence of a reducing agent, followed by separating the resulting solution from the non-dissolved residue. The non-dissolved residue is treated with an alkaline solution of a complexing agent, wherein oxyethylidene diphosphonic acid is used as a complexing agent, in the presence of a reducing agent, wherein aluminium powder is used as a reducing agent, at ORP minus 600 to 800 mV, to leach lead and the residual tellurium. The resulting non-dissolved residue is separated from the solution and treated with a hydrochloric acid solution with a concentration of 30 to 50 g/l to leach copper, iron and antimony.

EFFECT: method provides a possibility of increasing the degree of extraction of impurities of non-precious metals in processing of hydrate precipitation.
