DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING DRINKING WATER Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC C02F1/44 C02F1/28 C02F1/76 B01D61/02

Abstract RU 2761282 C1

FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to water treatment, centralized drinking water supply systems and can be used to purify drinking water by reverse osmosis. In the mode of water intake, the drinking water to be treated is passed through a semipermeable membrane (11) of the device (10) and separated into permeate and concentrate. During the resting operational state, a portion of the permeate under the action of overpressure passes through the membrane (11) and thereby displaces the concentrate on the concentrate side of the membrane and removes any deposits present on the concentrate side of the membrane. When the water intake is stopped, the permeate flows into the pressure tank (4), while a supply of permeate is formed in the pressure tank (4) and pressure is applied to it. Under the influence of this excess pressure during the operating state of rest, the permeate accumulated in the pressure tank (4) at least partially passes through the membrane (11) and thereby displaces the concentrate on the concentrate side of the membrane (4) and removes the deposits present on the concentrate side membranes. The device (10) for the preparation of drinking water contains at least one tank (2, 100) of reverse osmosis, which is divided by a semipermeable membrane (11) into two chambers (21, 22) with inlet and outlet openings. On the permeate side, the device (10) is not connected to a waste water collector. The device (10) contains at least one pressure tank (4) for forming a supply of permeate under pressure, which is connected through a line (43) to an outlet for treated water. Installation (1000) of reverse osmosis for drinking water in the household contains a device (10), as well as a pipeline (1) of untreated water for supplying the water to be treated, a water intake pipe (3) for treated water and a sewer pipeline (6, 7) for drainage concentrate.

EFFECT: inventions provides an increase in the service life of a semi-permeable membrane, and also excludes contamination of the permeate in the standby mode and flushing of the reverse osmosis membrane.
