EFFECT: invention provides a protocol for sample preparation, formulation and calculation of the results of RT-POMR with an optimally selected set of reagents for this purpose, making it possible to reproduce the reaction with high accuracy in PCR laboratories, for further use in experimental ophthalmology, in preclinical studies of medical devices and, in particular, when testing anti-inflammatory drugs.
