SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology; in particular, developed is a quantitative PCR-based method using specific primers and probes to determine the levels of expression of wild-type GNAO1 transcripts and the clinical c.607 G>A variant.
EFFECT: invention can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of medicinal products for RNA therapy aimed at specific inhibition of the expression of GNAO1 transcripts with the c.607 G>A mutation.
