To realise the described result, the user terminal comprises: a receiving section receiving the first frequency resource information indicating the first frequency resource at the beginning of the uplink control channel, and the second frequency resource information indicating the second frequency resource after the end of the frequency hopping time of the uplink control channel, and a control section controlling the uplink control channel transmission based on whether or not the second frequency resource indicated in the second frequency resource information is identical to the first frequency resource specified in the first frequency resource information.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of communication due to the provided control of the communication channels.
