SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mobile communication. According to the present invention, the user terminal comprises a transmitting module transmitting the uplink control channel and a control module controlling transmission power of said uplink control channel, wherein the control module controls the transmission power of the uplink control channel based on at least one of the following parameters: number of resource blocks in uplink control channel format and payload in said format, including cyclic redundancy check (CRC) control bits.
EFFECT: present invention makes it possible to adequately control transmission power of uplink control channels, even when the number of elementary carriers (EC) which can be assembled to a user terminal, increases more than in existing systems.
