FIELD: mobile communication systems.
SUBSTANCE: terminal contains a reception section made with the possibility of receiving system information including an index value indicating the first displacement value; and a control section made with the possibility of determining a frequency resource for an uplink control channel, using abrupt frequency change, based on the first displacement value and the second displacement value, wherein the second displacement value is based on at least one of a field value in downlink control information and an index value of a control channel element.
EFFECT: determination of the frequency resource for the uplink control channel, using abrupt frequency change.
