FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely, to production of high-strength rolled steel applied for manufacturing various types of products, and can be used both as structural materials and in manufacture of elements of car bodies. The rolled product is made of steel containing components at the following ratio, wt.%: carbon 0.2 to 0.65, silicon 0.1 to 1.7, manganese 0.15 to 0.9, phosphorus no more than 0.02, sulphur no more than 0.015, chromium 0.1 to 2.0, nickel 0.7 to 2.2, copper no more than 0.5, molybdenum 0.1 to 0.9, aluminium 0.00 to 0.15. The rolled product has a thickness from 1.5 to 50 mm, a hardness of 160 to 400 HB, a structure with an average grain size of no more than 8 points and a size of non-metallic inclusions of no more than 4 points, as well as a depth of the general decarburisation area on each side of no more than 3%.
EFFECT: increase in the strength, impact strength and wear resistance of the high-strength steel is provided.
