FIELD: electroplating technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating, in particular to the repair of worn machine parts, and can be used in the production of composite coatings with increased microhardness, wear resistance. The method involves deposition of a coating from an alternating current electrolyte, while the coating is deposited on an asymmetric alternating current with a cathode pulse current density of 7-15 A/dm2 with an asymmetry coefficient of 6-8 from an electrolyte containing, g/l: hexaqua nickel chloride 20-30, sodium hypophosphite monohydrate 15-20, aminoacetic acid 12-17, sodium acetate 8-12, sulfanilic acid 2-3, particles of multilayer carbon nanotubes 0.4-1.6 at pH = 5.5, temperature 25-35°C.
EFFECT: ensuring the same content of phosphorus and particles of multilayer carbon nanotubes in a nickel matrix, i.e. ensuring the consistency of the coating composition, with high microhardness of the coating and adhesion to the base of the part.
