FIELD: camouflage and electronic warfare.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of camouflage and electronic warfare and is intended to protect surface ships, submarines and ships of the Navy. The simulator of a surface and underwater target includes an underwater vehicle with electronic countermeasures (ECM), containing a first module with ECM means operating in the underwater environment, and including a drifting and self-propelled submarine simulators, a second module in which ECM means are installed, operating in above-water environment and including inflatable corner reflectors (ICR), equipped with a radio transmitter, a telecontrol system transceiver and a device for destroying the inflatable shell, directors of dipole reflectors and thermal infrared traps, a fourth module containing an onboard control system and a telecontrol system, a fifth power module with a power source, a sixth module containing a power module with an engine, a seventh module, containing motion controls and a propeller. Additionally, the underwater vehicle is equipped with a third module designed to measure, evaluate the radio-electronic, visual and hydrometeorological situation, consisting of a unit for assessing the radio-electronic situation and making a decision, a unit with a control system and a set of radio probes for measuring parameters of the surface environment and reconnaissance, a unit with a control system and a set devices for measuring the vertical distribution of the speed of sound in water, a block of optical-electronic means of observation, counteraction and suppression of optical means of observation.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of fighting against radio-electronic systems and means of the enemy in specific hydrometeorological conditions of the environment is achieved.
