FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: evaporator device (100) and the associated method for ensuring accurate sampling due to the essentially efficient, complete and uniform evaporation of the liquid sample in one pass, which avoids pre-evaporation of the liquid and downtime associated with damage to the system due to incomplete evaporation, especially in the distribution, transportation and commercial accounting of natural gas. The evaporator device (100) includes at least one inlet pipe (104) for receiving the liquid sample, a channel (120) for directing the liquid to the core (130) of the evaporator and a heating unit (131, 132, 133) inside the core (130) of the evaporator, made with the possibility of instant evaporation of the liquid sample. The evaporated sample can then be sent to the output (118) for sample analysis.
EFFECT: ensuring accurate sampling due to efficient, complete and uniform evaporation of the liquid sample in one pass, which makes it possible to avoid pre-evaporation of the liquid and downtime associated with damage to the system due to incomplete evaporation.
