FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and can be used in reconstructive operations and correction of deformation of long tubular bones. The corticotomy kit consists of two instruments. One tool is a curved guide plate with an axial T-slot and a handle. The second tool is a cutting tool with a working part in the form of a blade, on one of the side surfaces of which a T-shaped protrusion is made, in shape and size corresponding to a T-shaped longitudinal groove in the guide plate. The blade is pivotally connected to the handle, at the free end of which the firing pin is located. The head of the T-shaped protrusion located on the side surface of the blade is made to fit into a rectangular slot located at the base of the handle of the curved guide plate. The length and width of the rectangular slot correspond to the length and width of the head of the T-shaped protrusion on the side surface of the blade.
EFFECT: possibility of performing a safe corticotomy of long tubular bones when lengthening segments of the extremities or when correcting their deformity.
